Master Chutney Recipe



You can use a range of fruits, vegetables, and spices to make delectable homemade chutneys with this Master Chutney Recipe. Tailor it to your preferences and savor it as a flexible condiment.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of chopped fruit or vegetables e

  • , apples, tomatoes, peaches, etc
  • 1 cup of onions, finely chopped
  • 1 cup of vinegar white or apple cider
  • 1 cup of sugar adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp of salt
  • 1/2 tsp of spices e

  • Optional: chili flakes or peppers for heat adjust to taste

Instructions:

Put all ingredients into a big pot and stir

Over medium heat, bring to a boil while stirring frequently

For 30 to 45 minutes, or until the chutney thickens to the right consistency, reduce heat and simmer

Transfer the heated chutney into sterile jars and fasten them shut

Let the chutney cool completely before storing it in a dark, cool location
