Compared to regular chicken nuggets, these Paleo nuggets are healthier and more kid-friendly. They are flavorful and free of grains.
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless chicken breast, cut into nugget-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup coconut flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Coconut oil for frying
Instructions:
Combine the almond flour, coconut flour, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt and pepper in a bowl
Coat each piece of chicken nugget with the flour mixture after dipping it into the beaten eggs
In a pan over medium-high heat, warm the coconut oil
Coat and fry the chicken nuggets for 45 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through
Take them out of the pan and lay them on a plate covered with paper towels to soak up extra oil
