Energy Boost Smoothie



This Energy Boost Smoothie is packed with vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants to help combat the negative effects of prolonged sitting. It provides a quick and healthy way to revitalize your energy and keep you active throughout the day.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of fresh spinach leaves
  • 1/2 ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup of frozen mixed berries
  • 1/2 cup of low-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 cup of almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon of chia seeds

Instructions:

In a blender, mix together frozen mixed berries, fresh spinach leaves, a ripe banana, honey, and almond milk

Mix until it's creamy and smooth

Put some of the smoothie in a glass

Add some chia seeds on top to make it healthier and give it more texture
